Shipping Instructions

1. Your order number is your shipping authorization number. Your order number can be found on the receipt you receive by email after you place your order. Important! Some email programs mistake our email address for junk email. Please add sales@mouthpieceexpress.com to your address book to ensure you receive our email.

3. We cannot assume responsibility for your trumpet until we receive it. We recommend you insure your trumpet and use a method of shipping that includes Shipment Tracking when you ship it to us.
4. OEM parts are in stock for Bach, Yamaha and Schilke trumpets; for other makes, contact us for an appointment before shipping your instrument. For some vintage makes, OEM parts may not be available.
5. Valve Oil: Our shop uses Blue Juice and Al Cass. We will use whatever oil you specify (above). If you prefer a brand of oil other than Blue Juice or Al Cass, please include a bottle of that valve oil in the case with your trumpet.
6. Once we receive your trumpet, allow 3-5 business days for us to complete work on your trumpet and ship to you. Rush service by appointment may be available; call us at 540.989.8848.
