Gold plated and satin finished mouthpieces are NON-CANCELABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for all gold plated mouthpieces and up to 6 weeks for all satin finished mouthpieces. Sometimes the delay will be longer depending on demand and stock availability.

To give you the best possible service, we custom plate your mouthpiece after you order it. If your mouthpiece is in stock, we will plate in about 3-4 weeks. For satin finish, please allow 4-6 weeks. If your mouthpiece is out-of-stock, the delay may be longer. Contact us for stock availability.

Satin finish is a sleek, matte finish we apply to the exterior of your mouthpiece during plating. The rim, cup and bore of your mouthpiece are not affected.
