Where did these pieces come from?

Many of these products are returned and used products with minor scratches or dings. Some may have been stuck in a drawer or lost behind a cabinet here at our shop. Others may have been display models that aren't quite up to par.

How will I know how nice the product is?

We've developed our very descriptive, easy to understand rating system. We have also tried to include multiple pictures for each of these products to highlight any imperfections they may have. We want you to know what you're getting.
