Gift Cards are purchased just like any other item in our store, using any of our standard payment methods. At the time of purchase, you can choose to send the gift card directly to your recipient — just enter their name and email address. They'll receive the gift card code by email as soon as the order is fulfilled. Alternatively, the code can be sent to yourself if you'd prefer to share it personally.

If you sent the gift card directly to your recipient at the time of purchase, they'll receive an email with their unique code automatically. If the code was sent to you, simply forward the gift card email or share the code with them directly. That code is all they need to redeem the gift card at checkout. Treat it like cash — once redeemed, it cannot be restored.

During checkout, you'll see a field to enter your gift card code (it's the same field as the coupon code). Enter the code and it will be applied to your order total. If your gift card balance covers the full order, you can complete the purchase immediately. If the balance is less than the order total, you'll be prompted to select an additional payment method to cover the difference.

Any unused balance remains on the gift card automatically and can be used on future orders — you don't need to do anything to preserve it. You can also use multiple gift cards on a single order, and gift card codes can be combined with discount codes.

• Codes are not exchangeable for cash.
• Gift cards carry no expiration date, processing fee, service charge, dormancy fee, or administrative fee.
• Gift card funds can only be applied to orders on MouthpieceExpress.com.

• Any remaining balance on a gift card is not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.
