Sometimes I can't get through on the phone. What gives?

We are not a large MEGAbox shop - We are big enough to offer a great selection and great custom services, but not so big that we don't care about your order! While our size helps keep a close relationship with our customers, it also keeps our small staff very busy and sometimes hard to reach by phone.
If you can't get through by phone, try by email. We are an internet business so we spend a good part of the day in front of a computer screen and shipping orders. We try to respond to emails quickly during the day but it could sometimes take 24 hours to get a response. We are human so if you don't get a response within a reasonable amount of time please try again.
